Returns

We get it.

Your merch didn't work out.

Our therapist tells us not to see this as a failure but an opportunity for growth.

So let us take care of this for you.

Some rules our boss won't let us break:

  • We can only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, mostly because after this point we can't even remember what you bought.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and not in whatever you found lying around your room.
  • We can't accept returns on certain items like swimsuits and underwear because...gross.
  • If the item is damaged, shame on us.
  • If you changed your mind about the item, shame on you.
  • Either way, contact us for instructions on sending back your item. You'll generally get a full refund if our returns department is in a good mood that day.
  • Please be nice in your message. Todd in customer service is overworked and tends to cry a lot.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, although, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This all depends on Debbie in accounting and how much wine she had last night. 

Also, if you could not mention your return to our CEO, that would be great. He thinks we're all killing it over here.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
